Staff development is integral to our future success. Training is thorough and ongoing, and supported by our Development Centre in Thatcham. Everybody is required to take the Certificate in Insurance - run by the Chartered Insurance Institute, which provides an excellent grounding. Every support is given to those wishing to study further.
