Members of the Polish community can often find it difficult to arrange insurance because of the language barrier, and the fact UK insurance terminology is often different to that in Poland.
Insurance can appear complicated to those not familiar with the UK insurance market, which can mean you end up paying too much for your cover, or worse finding yourself uninsured because the correct material facts have not been told to an insurer, or you bought a policy that does not cover you for your needs.

Should you need to make a claim, our Polish speaking specialists will liaise with your insurers to ensure everything is dealt with quickly, and with the minimum of fuss and paper work.
We are able to accept no claims bonus earned in Poland for both motor and home policies, and there are no forms to fill in. All telephone calls are recorded for yours and our protection, and letters we write to you are of course in Polish.
